Even the rules of the road here when they come into force the new rules
As I mentioned in my previous post, the new rules come into force at different times just to make life easier, right? Let's see in detail (for the contents, please refer to the previous post)
1. RULES ALREADY 'INTO FORCE
Provisions of altered use of mopeds and mini-cars.
Edit the table for the penalty points system, only with respect to driving while intoxicated and under the influence of drugs for young drivers, young people under the age of 21 years and professional drivers.
Obligation of seat belts for driving the mini.
Use of lenses, if required, for driving mopeds.
Driving under the influence of alcohol and psycho-physical state of altered use of drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol for drivers under the age of 21 years for novice drivers and professional drivers.
Increasing the period of disqualification (2 years) for the achievement of a new license revocation.
Application of penalties and the revocation of the suspension to the certificate of fitness to drive a moped.
2. THE RULES IN FORCE August 7 From 13 August (15 days vacatio legis)
Moral requirements for the issuing of licenses to drive.
Edit the table for the penalty points.
Using lights on vehicles in residential areas.
To pedestrians.
Verbalization, notification and protest violations.
Destination of the proceeds of administrative fines.
Driving permit if the license suspension, and provisions relating to license suspension for drivers.
Withdrawal of driving license as a result of alleged offenses.
Revocation of licenses for violations of the discipline of driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and obtaining the new license after 3 years.
Revocation of licenses for violations of the discipline of driving while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics, such as just cause for dismissal pursuant to Article 2119 Civil Code.
Limits to the administration and sale of alcoholic beverages.
Changes to the administration of alcohol at night to venues where you can watch shows or other forms of entertainment (but for a different location from where you can watch shows or entertainment, the new guidelines will enter into force 3 months after the entry into force the law).
Probation to social services in the field of road accident victims and their families as an alternative measure to imprisonment.
Markings on the vehicles of disabled persons.
Investigation of violations by the local authorities.
3. PROVISIONS REQUIRING AN ORDER OF IMPLEMENTATION
Circulation in centers with vehicles belonging to categories lower than those prescribed in relation to pollutant emissions: implementation by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport to be taken within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this Act.
Plaque personal entry into force 6 months after adoption of the implementing regulation, to be issued within 12 months from the entry into force of the law.
Accompanied Guide: Implementation by Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport to be taken within 4 months from the date of entry into force of the law.
Certificate of fitness to drive mopeds: within 120 days from the date of entry into force of the law, by decree of the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, in consultation with the Minister of Education, University and Research.
Practical test for driving mopeds: from January 19, 2011.
Power limit specified relates to the tare for new drivers: from 180 days after the entry into force of the law.
Tests of fitness to drive and driving schools: implementing decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport to be issued within 3 months from the entry into force of the law.
Renewal of driving license: implementing decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport to be issued within 6 months from the entry into force of the law.
Advanced driving courses: the courses are governed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport
Physical and psychological investigations for the issuance of the license: the mode of application are identified by the Ministry of Health, the provisions shall apply 12 months elapsed since the entry into force of the law.
Proceeds of penalties for speeding: the provisions apply from the first financial year following the year in progress at the date of enactment of the implementing decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport.
Installments of financial penalties: the mode of application shall be governed by the Minister of the Interior.
Road safety education programs are prepared by the Minister of Education, University and Research to be adopted within 180 days from the entry into force of this Act. The programs are carried out starting from school year 2011-2012.
