Hoon and Road Safety. The responsibility for sample

I read an article published by an Australian newspaper in which it is reported that Louis Hamilton, a young star of the Circus F, has been fined almost 700 € for a few good jobs on board a Mercedes (street) in front of some fans: in particular purpose would have been shifted counter steering wheels and a set-back in the car. Things you can do a sample of course, but which, if emulated, a boy could create serious problems in terms of safety.
The facts relate to March during the days of the Melbourne Grand Prix, but the thing that intrigued me was the reason for the sanction (irrelevant for him, of course) reminding him that is a champion and that he should be a model positive for young people, the judge considered the antisocial behavior of Hamilton. The expression used is " Hoon ", derogatory term used in Australia and New Zealand to describe a person with crude anti-social behavior, which means speeding, the screeching of tires, racing road speed, etc..
I reported this case because often, when planning a road safety campaign is seeking testimonials of the level of Hamilton: big names that draw attention. But to be credible must be consistent, otherwise skip it. I think the main contribution that, in general, beyond the specific case, the drivers (of cars and motorcycles) can give is to explain why the track you can do things and waxes on the road no: road conditions , security guards, training and technical training, training, technology on board, etc.. All things out of the circuit are not there.
