1. RULES OF CONDUCT

Driving under the influence of alcohol: decriminalized driving with BAC between 0.5 g / l to 0.8 g / l, which is scheduled for an administrative sanction from 500 to 2000 euros.
If you cause an accident, the penalties are doubled and increased to 180 days the duration of his vehicle impounded.
If, then, the BAC is greater than 1.5 g / l, the license is revoked and suspended up to 2 years if the driver caused an accident.
In case of withdrawal of the new license will not be achieved until at least 3 years.

Absolute prohibition to drive after drinking alcohol for those under 21 years of age or has obtained a license for less than 3 years and for professional drivers.

Speed ​​limits: They have been tightened sanctions for those who exceed by more than 40 km / h but not exceeding 60 km / h, maximum speed: from EUR 500 to EUR 2,000; and over 60 km / h from euro 779 to 3,119 euros.
The limit of 130 km / h can be increased to 150 km / h by dealers or entities own more than three lanes on motorways emergency are provided with tutors (the latter introduced the novelty, though in fact no operator has yet used this option).

2. RULES ON LICENCE

3. PENALTY SYSTEM

4. OTHER PROVISIONS
